Very friendly stuff, flexible check out time and normal rooms. For one-two nights stay it’s perfect. But if you are Pluto go to Calakmul, it’s 2.5h drive, so a bit to far away
This is a great hotel. Very clean. The host is super friendly and polite. The price is good. The beds are very comfortable. There is ac and hot shower. Highly recommended. Not far from the commodities.
Located in a quiet neighborhood. Hot water for shower daily and has seating area. A common seating area under a big palapa, gated hotel with a parking lot and friendly host.Fifteen minutes walk to restaurant or grocery store. Lots of birds nest in the nearby wooded area.
Only good things to say about this place! Our room was clean and nice, and the bed was huge and comfortable. Staff was always friendly and spoke great English. But the best of all was that they let us use the terrace with hammocks to hang out in while waiting for our night bus on checkout day. After a 12 hour tour of Calakmul this was exactly what we needed and we are so grateful. They also kept our bags safe the whole day while we were away on the tour!
I really wanted to rate this place 2 or 3 stars, but the most important factor for me was that they accept (small or medium) dogs. Spacious rooms, parking on premises, pool, nice setting, AC, wifi (sort of), and they accept credit cards. Now the negative. 4% surcharge for credit cards. +100 pesos fee *per* dog. Wifi connects, but the internet connection is so bad as to be completely useless, so, really, no wifi. The rooms are a little bit run down. Also, we happen to be here during a cold front, and a hot shower would have been nice, but the best you'll get is lukewarm. Lastly, one of the beds had a waterproof cover on the mattress - if you have this, you'll hear it crinkle - be sure to remove it or you'll sweat all night.
Super clean rooms, great water pressure, and trustworthy staff! I forgot my laptop at the hotel, and didn’t realize it until 12 hours after I’d left. I called, and they were holding it for me, and I picked it up the next . They are pet friendly, I stayed here with 2 dogs. Would stay again!
